Digital Resource Lists
We have compiled a list of digital resources on topics that reflect themes in LHSA collections relating to health and the history of health in the UK. Lists include digital resources and content from LHSA, Uiversity of Edinburgh Heritage Collections, and reputable external sources.
The purpose of these lists is to provide resources on the history of health and medicine that can be used in circumstances where researchers have no, or limited, access to physical collections and/or secondary sources in print. We have included resources that should be suitable for use at undergraduate level and beyond, and they can be used as a basis for online learning.
We would like to thank Tessa Ewart (then Intern, LHSA) for the History of Psychiatry source list, and Lauren McKay (then CRC Modern Apprentice) for the History of Nursing source list.
