Biographical History: Born in September 1869 in Edinburgh, Margaret Farquharson Raeburn was the eldest of eight children. She was resident as a nurse from 1898 to 1901 at 68 Lauriston Place, and from 1904 served in the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh. She died in June 1949.
